Horrible customer service. Beyond horrible. Took almost 20 or so hours to receive that dreaded “CANCELATION” email after saying it was in process, too. And yes, my paypal got charged. Some old bullshit.

And I hope Best Buy doesn’t pull the same thing tomorrow, or else you can bet on seeing an identical post. Anyways, F*CK B&N, never order from them under any circumstances.
