His manager on twitter (Plain Pat) says he ultimately wasn’t arrested. LAWeekly made a call to the LAPD and they had no information about a Scott Mescudi arrest.

Between this and the Vancouver, CA punch incident, you have to be reminded that you can’t spell Mescudi without MESS! No shots.

UPDATE:

Shabooty.com has exclusive word from Cudder’s homie, Christian Palko: “I just spoke to him and he’s okay. [The LAPD] let him go. It was a case of mistaken identity. Just [bullshit] rumors, man.”
