A COCKTAIL waitress has sensationally claimed she’s been having an affair with Tiger Woods for 31 months.

Jaimee Grubbs, 24, says she has had around 20 sexual encounters with the world’s top golfer, 33.

Her claims come after Tiger crashed his car in Florida following a row with wife Elin Nordegren, 29, over an alleged fling with socialite Rachel Utchitel.

Last night he was fined for careless driving.

Tiger is said to have messaged Jaimee just three days before the crash warning: “My wife has been through my phone and may be calling you.”
