Ironically, as this chick posted Saigon’s private twitter messages for the world to see, here’s her email to me that I just had to share, as well:

The way your site portrays me falls under the category of slander/libel, especially when it was admitted that none of it was true. Though other sites have picked up this story, they let their readers do the negative statements for them. your site on the other hand purposely tries to discredit my name. (Also for the record, none of that is true, “video hoe” is not a title that represents me in any way. especially since i AM a published model..and NOT tied to specifically urban or video modeling, and have never slept w/ any1 that ive worked with.)
Please have the statements removed from the site or my lawyer will be contacting you. Thank you.

Someone teach this chick about freedom of speech. You’re allowed to a) have an opinion and b) it’s called: hyperbole. c) it was never stated as fact d) to “ho” isn’t an illegal activity, so it’s not defamation…

Via Salon.com: Opsahl says, “There’s been one California case that dealt with the contention that someone was a ’skank.’ They found that, in context, it was an opinion.” As for calling her a ho? “That would be defamation if it said someone was engaged in prostitution, prostitution being a crime,” he says. “In context the question would be whether that was the blogger making a factual assertion or a hyperbole, a way of expressing the blogger’s apparently severe distaste for this model.”

On top of all of those facts, I never called her a “hoe”. I called her a video hoe. In the context of music videos=slang. It’s all exaggeration. Last time I checked, it just means you love being in front of the camera. No one EVER said anything about sleeping with someone. I love how these chicks love to attract drama. That’s why I am not even mentioning her name in this post. I am not as dumb as Saigon (IN MY OPINION) when it comes to dealing with an attention whore. Again, that’s not saying she’s a real whore, an ATTENTION WHORE. PUT IT IN THE PROPER CONTEXT, HONEY:
