Quoted: Jay-Z on the Kanye West Incident (BBC Radio Interview)

Of course it was rude because it was her moment, but that’s how he really felt… I said that to him as well, they way they’re treating it, it’s not like he killed anybody… I think he has to watch his passion. At the end of the day, we’re going to celebrate him for his passion, more than vilifying him. The same thing that causes him to make Graduation and all these great records, is the thing that causes him to step out of line sometimes… Let’s move on, I don’t think he should lay low. I think he should go on tour and have a brilliant career. It’s an award show… He’s been that passionate since the first record. The first Blueprint he was jumping on the tables rapping, I’m like ‘this is not the time for that.’ That was just him. If he had changed because of his success, then that would be one thing. But he’s always been that passionate.

I dunno if I am upset at Jay-Z for sucking Kanye’s ass (as expected), or at the BBC interviewer for not grilling Jay-Z harder on this topic. She totally let him off the hook. I want to know Beyonce’s thoughts. I would bring up the fact that Kanye West and Taylor Swift have the SAME AGENT, I can keep going on, but the point is, I would bring you guys a way better interview than this BBC bitch… I think rappers go to the UK [to do media], because they know they’re gonna get their asses sucked extra hard over there (see: Semtex), because they’re foreigners and shit. Fuck that. I interviewed Dizzee Rascal when he was in the USA. Did I suck his ass, fuck no. I mighta even gone as far as to be assholey with him, and I hit him with the final question: are Americans assholes?! PoW BaM!

Btw, I’m kidding, I was cool with Dizzee…
