CNBC Host Blames Howard Stern for Sirius|XM Woes
Dennis Kneale says satellite radio provider overpaid for shock jock, but losses also attributed to poor auto sales.
Alls I know is Sirius better re-sign Howard at the end of his contract if they want any chance at surviving… and with the economy the way it is, they probably will no longer be able to offer him the 5 year, 500 Million dollar deal.
If I was in Howard’s position though, I just don’t see him retiring. Being in a Hamptons Estate with your wife (model wife as it may be), gets boring after a while. The job is what keeps things interesting… unless of course Howard said PEACE TO THE GODS to SIRIUS and just created his own broadcasting ‘outfit’. I know the tool bags in terrestrial radio are praying that Howard calls it quits. We shall see, but you def can’t blame him for the SIRIUS|XM woes.
