Lange, 41, known currently as a sidekick to shock-jock radio personality Howard Stern, is scheduled to appear in Municipal Court 9 a.m. Aug. 26.
Lange was charged following a minor traffic accident reported about 1:30 p.m. Friday at Silver Bay and Brand avenues in the Silverton section, said Capt. Steve Henry.
Lange has hired Michael A. Grasso of Freehold, who specializes in the defense of driving while intoxicated charges.
Grasso submitted a request for the discovery, including the results of a urine test that was taken from Lange following an assessment done by police. (via)
