Apple [iTunes store] unwitting beneficiary of Michael Jackson death

As millions have sought to pay tribute to Michael Jackson following his sudden death on Thursday, Apple has inadvertently found itself profiting from the occasion through the iTunes Store.

As of Friday evening, six out of the top ten songs being purchased on the US store belonged to the legendary singer, while a staggering nine out of ten top albums came from the musician. About 19 of the top 25 music videos were either for Jackson specifically or else one of his collaborative projects, such as the “We Are the World” charity song. No previous artist, living or dead, has achieved that level of popularity on the music service since it opened in 2003.

Tenn. couple accused of assault using Cheetos!

SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. – Authorities said a couple got into a fight using Cheetos. The Bedford County Sheriff’s Department said a 40-year-old man and 44-year-old woman became involved in a ‘verbal altercation.’ Somehow, the orange puffy snacks were used in the assault.

Deputies said they were charged with domestic assault. No one was hurt.

According to the Shelbyville Times-Gazette, both posted bond of $2,500.

LaToya Jackson’s Scene Cut Out of ‘Bruno’

A scene involving Michael Jackson’s sister LaToya — hastily cut for the U.S. premiere of its much-anticipated “Bruno” — will remain out of the film, a Universal spokesman has confirmed.

“Out of respect for the Jackson family, the filmmakers have decided to remove a small scene involving La Toya Jackson,” the spokesperson told TheWrap.

The cut will be made worldwide, even though the uncut film already has premiered in Europe.

Okay, since I really hate this season so far, I won’t even make this recap “pretty”. Below are basically my show notes as I watched the show. Enjoy! (Going from watching The Wire, to this is really painful, btw).

Ayiiiia (ef spelling her name correct, okay fine I checked, it’s Ayiiia) – won online contest.
Hard to tell what nationality she is, but she looks like a slut vibe.

Jonna and Derek are bartenders back home in AZ.
Know each other in advance – she has a bf and shes hot, but I bet she’ll cheat.
Seems like a hoo-er

The cast will actually have a job this season w/
