FULL RULES:

Diddy Twitter Workout Game – WORKOUT WHEN DIDDY TWEETS – RULES:

  • Let’s <verb> (Let’s go/Let’s work/Let’s go people): Do 5 Push-ups
  • !!!!!: Do one sit-up for each exclamation point.
  • @replytoaceleb (When Diddy @replies to a celebrity): Jog in place for 60 seconds
  • Any mention of another celebrity in the message (but no @reply): Jog in place for 30 seconds
  • RT or RETWEET: 25 Sit-ups.
  • “PTwitty” or “Diddy Code”: 30 sit-ups, 5 push-ups, and jog in place for 30 seconds.
