Bubba The Love Sponge’s SIRIUS Days Are Over

I dunno if you want to call it burning bridges, or just coming to the realization that Sirius is fucking with you, but Bubba went off on Sirius corporate, in what will probably be his last show on Sirius, this past Friday. He lambasted the execs. at Srius and said that they treated him worse than Clear Channel. The replay of this show was “blacked out” and did not air again. Artie Lange even called into the show to try to lend some moral support to Bubba. At the end of the day though, whoever are the asshole execs that pays millions and millions for Martha Stewart, Oprah, Jamie Fox, etc, while the rest of the company and channels struggle by tooth and nail… they should be ashamed of themselves. Then again, in this fucked up economy, who can we NOT blame. At the end of the day, the good guys in the world like Bubba get shafted. And unlucky for him, ya don’t need to use a love sponge when you’re getting it in the ass. I want to blame Mel, but I will wait and see what they say about this on Monday’s Howard Stern Show.

In case you want to listen to this new very very infamous show, go here:

Sirius Show (mp3)

Skip the first segment and get right to the juicy parts.

p.s.

The way that Bubba found out they’re not having him back, is that that is what the customer support reps. are telling customers who call, asking the question about Bubba’s future with the company.

p.p.s.

I guess they still do have fourteen days on their contract, so they will be doing a show on Monday per this preview on BTLS.com:

This afternoon we’ll be finding out the fallout from Fridays show. What happened when the show went off air between 25 and Tom? How much of Fridays events spill over to the weekend? Tune in to hear what the guys have to say on all this and more this afternoon!
