Pazo Restaurant, Baltimore MD… A Free Plug.

I normally hate, hate, hate, trendy cliched overcrowded restaurants. The best example I can give is when “the new” Cheesecake Factory opened in Columbia, MD… Okay yes, it’s a new “location” and the facade is all pretty and shit, but at the end of the day it’s just another location of a chain restaurant. This was in either the end of ’05 that that place opened, or early ’06. I think the wait was like two hours. Yawn…

Fast forward to 2008. PAZO Restaurant in Baltimore, Maryland. Here’s my review: YUM. Minuses: We had a 9:30 reservation and we get there, and they say, “we’re running 15 minutes behind,” so hang. . . WTF is that? Anyways, lol. Aside from that, the ambiance was great, the music was only half-annoying, and the food was even greater. And I think I only saw one blonde heffer there the whole night. What more could one ask? (If you’re curious wtf I mean, I mean a chick you often see out in Georgetown, D.C. and it’s some fake-ass looking blonde chick who you find out is in town for a porn convention. Aka whoring. Don’t ask me how my restaurant review ends up on that tangent.

So, anyways I def recommend hitting up PAZO in B-more. It’s Mediterranean which is a fancy way to say TAPAS, which is a fancy way to say, eclectic dishes of random ass Spanish/euro food. Check it out. Though, it’s def. no ‘Bu – NoBu that is... Oh, and be prepared to drop a C-Note at least.
