Green Apple Festival-America @ Washington D.C. – Earth Day On The National Mall

It’s rare that D.C. ever has anything good going on, but this coming Sunday the 20th, might be a first… a free show [Earth Day] on The National Mall with The Roots, Will.i.am, Talib Kweli, Dave Chappelle (speaking), Edward Norton (speaking), Chris Rock, etc. The etc=the bores in between the aforementioned stars. I’ve always wanted to know what Ed Norton had to say about Earth Day and the environment (semi-sarcastic). My prediction though is that it will be a mad-house there with a ton of fobs (fresh off the boat), as my “fobby friends” are the first people that told me about this event. So bring the sunblock, the foblock, and enjoy yourself!

On another note, my friend Chris of ‘stuffblackpeoplehate.com‘, today wrote about “restaurant snobs.” Pretty on-point rant as usual, to which my response was:

I recommend just going into the bathroom of these snobby high-class restaurants in which the bathroom has an ‘ocean’ soundtrack, and leaving an upper-decker…

“The act of defecating in the upper tank of the toilet. When the next poor unsuspecting person flushes the toilet they get a bowl of beef stew. the upper decker is a weapon of terror and should only be used on people who deserve it.”

because as well all know, those fancy restaurants’ toilets, do have tanks and all, cause that’s extra fancy!

Aside from the rantings and ravings, the funny part of the SBPH blog is the comment section… wow, a lot of yentaring it up.
